DANIEL JOSEPH T. PANTE

Mr. Pante earned his Bachelor of Arts degree major in Political Science from Far Eastern University (FEU), Manila. He wanted to pursue graduate studies, so he taught full-time in the college department during weekdays and fulfilled his responsibilities as a graduate student during weekends in North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU). Eventually, he obtained his Master in Public Administration degree. Using the same formula, he supported his law studies by teaching full-time with the rank of University Lecturer 5 in FEU. In time, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from San Sebastian College-Recoletos.

As a way of paying it forward to his home province, he now serves as a visiting professor at the NEMSU Graduate School, teaching ethics in the public service, international relations, public affairs, and local and regional governance. He also teaches (via online) Constitutional Law 1 at the NEMSU College of Law. Similarly, he chose to affiliate himself with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Surigao del Sur Chapter.

He also maintains his ties with his college of law alma mater by being an active thesis and dissertation editor of the FEU Language Learning Center since 2016.

As a member of the academe, his expertise and research interests include politics, local governance, and public administrative innovations and reforms. As a lawyer, he aspires to specialize in civil, criminal, and corporate litigation, labor relations, and public sector consultancy.

He first joined CCV Law as a para-legal when he was preparing for the bar exams. After successfully hurdling the exams and becoming a full-fledged lawyer, he is now CCV’s Junior Associate Lawyer.
